With over 15 years of experience James has worked with the United Arab Emirates Powerlifting team. The highlight of this was his athlete Mohammed Khamis winning Olympic Gold at the Rio games in 2016.
Danielle has a first class honours degree in Sports and Exercise Rehabilitation and is a highly qualified strength coach, allowing for both high-quality body composition and rehabilitation coaching.
Oli has built a reputation internationally for ‘fixing the unfixable,’ with people in pain coming from other countries to see him in person or via Skype.
This service is for anyone looking for support in all aspects of their nutrition such as nutrient
intake, meal planning, hydration, nutrient timing and supplementation.
Nutritional goals include: Improved sleep quality, fat loss, muscle building, optimal immune
function, disease prevention and improving overall health & well being.

Virtual training is also available as a bespoke online service, so you can create and access a program, and employ a virtual coach to ensure you execute the programme properly and for extra motivation & accountability outside of the gym environment.
Our highly qualified Injury Practitioners can provide accurate and efficient injury diagnosis,
treatment and rehabilitation virtually.
The majority of musculoskeletal injuries can be effectively managed with therapeutic exercise
alone.
Hands on manual therapy typically provides temporary relief. Conversely, corrective exercise
will fix the root cause of the problem, therefore providing a more permanent solution.
Therapeutic exercise sessions may include Nerve flossing, Joint mapping, Mobilising & Strengthening of weak & restricted areas.
